Karyn Nunn is the assistant director of the firm’s Not-for-Profit and Regulatory Services team. She has more than seven years of experience in public accounting providing audit, review, compilation, advisory and tax services.
She specializes in working with:
- not-for-profit organizations, including A-133 audits
- affordable housing projects funded with tax credit equity, regulatory based loans and grants, and conventional financing
- senior housing projects funded with tax credit equity, regulatory based loans and grants, and conventional financing
- nursing homes funded with regulatory based loans and grants
- real estate companies
- service organizations
- closely-held businesses
Karyn holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rockhurst University. A Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri, she is also a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
